Details: SUMMARY: Contact for Deficiency Resolution-Well Construction DETAILS: I spoke with owner Jeff Groom regarding the need to resolve this deficiency (proper abandonment through filling of well with approved material). He stated he was in the process of locating a well driller to generate a bid for this. ACTION NEEDED: I told him I will revise due date for this deficiency (well construction-does not meet setback from hazards) to 1/26/2016.
