Details: SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for TC positive routine sample collected on 10/4/16. Spoke with Amy at KUO Lab, who collects the samples. Reviewed follow-up sampling requirement of three RP samples and one TG/Source sample. ACTION NEEDED: Repeat and source samples to be collected. System to submit plans for installing UV disinfection treatment system.
