Details: SUMMARY: BCA Deadline extension request DETAILS: According to the BCA between Skyview and DWS, the first stage of construction was to be completed Sept. 30th. The new predicted completion of construction is now Nov. 30, 2016.

The Public Notices are still required quarterly. ACTION NEEDED: None. This is just tracking informal changes to the BCA without re-drafting and re-signing a new BCA.
(The BCA will not be formally extended because the anticipated construction date is less than 45 days in the future.)
