Details:	SUMMARY: Report for Repeats TC+ Alert DETAILS: I contacted Mr. Pate on 10/10/2016 and discussed the repeat samples positive for TC, possible contamination points and current disinfection procedures. He is currently disinfecting the reservoir and reviewing and completing the level 1 investigation form. ACTION NEEDED: 3 additional routine samples for November.
