Details:	SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: Routine quarterly water sample tested positive for coliform on 8/29/16. System resampled on the same day 8/29/16. Repeat and triggered samples were negative for coliform. System collected 3 routines on 9/8/16. One routine sample tested positive for total coliform. Positive results originated from the same storeroom sink that yielded the positive coliform result on 8/29/16. System agreed to chlorinate the problematic fixture and continue required testing. System submitted 3 repeat sample results and 1 triggered result on 9/16/16. Test results were negative for coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 3 routine samples in October.
