Details: SUMMARY: Water System Survey Follow Up DETAILS: Operator obtained the completed O & M manual from the previous contract DRC. The operator completed a new ERP & sent the ERP completion form. This resolves all of the significant deficiencies & violations from the 12-14-15 survey. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time.
