Details: SUMMARY: Violation Follow Up for TCR DETAILS: System violated TCR for no 4th qtr routine coliform. System is a year round system and required to take 4 qtrly samples and annual assessment sample. Reminded Karen to take all four qtrs and to take 4th qtr asap to get back on track. ACTION NEEDED: Continued on-time qtrly coliform sampling, annual assessment and annual nitrate.
