If none of the samples come up positive for coliform, then return to standard coliform sampling schedule (1 coliform sample quarterly). If any samples come up positive for coliform a level 1 coliform investigation will be initiated. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 3 repeat and 1 triggered sample ASAP, and then collect 3 routine samples in November.
