Details: SUMMARY: Water System Survey Follow-up DETAILS: Noticed the cover letter sent in the survey had the wrong due date, it was set for July of 2017 (typo) when it should have been 12/5/16. Spoke to William on the phone and he needs an extension to the 20th of December for the corrections. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for operator to submit corrections in writing.
