Details: | SUMMARY: Contact With Lab to Reclassify Data, Testing Requirements DETAILS: Brian, I think we got your testing results straightened out with the lab and reported to the State. This should put you on track to getting approval on your well.Moving forward,You will have to complete the "Start-up" paperwork every year for the camps water system.Yearly you should be taking a "Special" sample prior to opening the system to users to verify the water will likely be safe to consume.Monthly sampling for coliforms in July and August.Nitrate sample yearly.Assessment sample-- Raw water from the source- prior to chlorination once yearly. Please make sure the Nitrate and Assessment samples are marked for EP-B, SRC-BA.I think that covers what will be needed. Please give me a call if you need to discuss this further. ACTION NEEDED: Sent information from Pixis Labs that shows the Nitrate and Arsenic samples were taken from the well (EP-B). Data submitted to DMCE and Michell Byrd. |
