Details: SUMMARY: Total Coliform Alert DETAILS: Left message for Kyle . Routine sample was +TC. We did meet with Kyle onsite and conducted an L2 coliform investigation on 12/9/16. There were some problems with screening of the reservoir. He is to take a triggered sample and three distribution repeat samples and report by 1/8/17. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor as required.
