Details:	SUMMARY: Repeat Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 11/17/16 DETAILS: The operator contacted me to let me know about the total coliform positive sample. I let him know that a level 2 inv. will be needed. He indicated that he wasn’t sure why the coliform detection occurred. We scheduled an appt. for the investigation when I will be in the area for a survey. ACTION NEEDED: Complete level 2 investigation.
