Details: SUMMARY: Routine Sample Positive for Total Coliform Taken 1/4/2017 DETAILS: Level 1 InvestigationTalked to and emailed Eric Anderson. Hi EricAs we discussed, you plan to take the 3 repeat samples and the sample from the well next week. Because the repeat/well head samples were not reported within 10 days, a Level 1 Investigation is also required. Please see attached form. The Level 1 Investigation is due within 30 days. Please send it or email it to me before February 18th.Remember that 3 routine samples for coliform bacteria are due in February 2017.Let me know if I can be of assistance,Amy ACTION NEEDED: None.
