| Details: | SUMMARY: RP E.Coli-positive DETAILS: The lab collected the RP samples during a time of frozen water lines, the only location that was not frozen was space L. All three repeat samples were collected from space L. One of the samples came back positive for E.coli. Both source samples were negative. This is not representative of the water system. The system had multiple water line breaks the week prior to the original RT sample which triggered these repeat samples. Due to the State rules requiring the RP samples the system waited to shock chlorinate the system until after the RP were collected. The water system was shocked on 1/16/17. Due to the State rules the system is issuing a boil water notice and will collect a sample on Monday (5 days following chlorination) in order to lift the notice. ACTION NEEDED: Boil water notice, shock chlorinate the system. Collect a follow up sample before lifting the boil water notice. Level 2 investigation is triggered. | ||
