Details: SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 10/2/15 DETAILS: Operator contacted me to let me know that the system had posted a public notice to its users. I let him know that 5 temp routines will be needed in November. Source sample is absent but distribution system samples are coliform positive. The operator indicated that he may look into residual maintenance chlorination. I let him know that it would require plan review. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of public notice.
