| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow-up with Dark Hollow after E Coli Positive Sample DETAILS: 1-10-17 --- I called Jerry: he says they collected a true raw water sample today and collected three temp routines yesterday even though they have not yet shock chlorinated the system. He says snow has prevented them from shock chlorinating. He says they have not lifted the boil notice and he is aware that at least one clean sample from the distribution system needs to be collected after corrective action (shock chlorination) is taken in order to lift the boil notice.1-20-17 --- Received an e-mail and spoke with Jerry Manuel: the water system has been disinfected and they are collecting a sample in the distribution system along with a true source sample (to make up for the 12-21-16 sample that was not a raw water sample but was labelled as a TG) today. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
