| Details: | SUMMARY: TCR Samples not Accepted Due to Delivery Delay DETAILS: Kenny Cox contacted my office to inform me that their their second monthly TCR samples, dated 01/24/2017, were sent to Pyxis via overnight delivery but due to winter weather conditions Pyxis did not receive the samples until 01/27/2017, past the 30 hour window. ACTION NEEDED: Mr. Cox said he will send out additional TCR samples on 01/31/2017 to either Pyxis or Table Rock. | ||
