Details: SUMMARY: FU to Violation 903144529 N Source Assessment Sample - Late/Nonreporting - 903144528, 903144527 DETAILS: John did take Dec. coliform sample and it was faxed to me. He thought you had to take assessment sample at the end of the year and they had lots of snow so he was unable. He will take in first qtr 2017 for 2017. ACTION NEEDED: None.
