Details: SUMMARY: Nitrate Alert - Higher Than 1/2 MCL for Nitrate DETAILS: No action is required for this alert. This is not an MCL violation. This system has already completed quarterly sampling for nitrate several years ago, and is only required to do annual nitrate sampling at this point. The sample must be taken during the quarter in which the highest amount of nitrate was detected, and that was the first quarter of each year. ACTION NEEDED: No further steps required by system or the LPHA.
