Details:	SUMMARY: Glenn had Question about Violation Card he Received in Mail DETAILS: Had violations for not reporting AS sample on source AB for May, June and December 2016. ACTION NEEDED: There are results from Jan - Apr, July - November 2016. No coliform detected. I requested that DWS close the monthly source sampling requirement on this system. I am waiting for a response.
