Details: SUMMARY: Shane had Question about Violation Card he Received in Mail DETAILS: Had violations for not reporting 4th quarter 2016 coliform results. ACTION NEEDED: I notified Shane by voicemail that once he took the 1st quarter 2017 coliform test and submitted results to state that the last years violation would auto-comply. Left my number to return my call if he had any more questions.
