Details: SUMMARY: VOC/Xylenes Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for xylenes detection of 0.00172 mg/l from sample collected on 2/22/17. This is the second quarterly result that is well below the MCL of 10 mg/l, so a reduction in monitoring to once per year is allowed. The annual sample must be collected in the 4th quarter of the year. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect another xylenes sample in the 4th quarter of 2017.
