Details: SUMMARY: Level 2 Coliform Investigation DETAILS: Mr. Gutierrez said that all of the corrective actions required from the Level 2 coliform investigation conducted on 1-18-2017 have been completed. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to monitor monthly for total coliform/E.coli for a period of at least 12 months with the 12 month period having begun in February of 2017.
