Details: SUMMARY: Positive Total Coliform in Routine Sample Taken 1/25/2017 DETAILS: Talked to Lisa about positive total coliform on January 25, 2017. The lab told her the sample was OK on Friday January 27th, and then on Monday the 30th the lab told her the sample was positive for total coliform. She ordered the repeat and wellhead sample bottles that arrived February 7th. She will send samples in tomorrow February 8th. ACTION NEEDED: Level 1 Investigation for late repeat samples.
