Details: SUMMARY: Coliform Positive DETAILS: Firm has collected repeat samples from October coliform positive, but needs to collect 3 routine samples in November.Coliform positive result 10/28. Firm collected 3 repeat and 1 triggered samples within 48 hours. Todays call was to remind the firm that there remains the requirement that 3 routine samples be collected to complete the testing protocol. Jeff agreed to collect samples immediately. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 3 routine samples before end of month.
