Details: SUMMARY: Significant Deficiency Follow-up DETAILS: The cow grazing area was within 5 feet of the well at the last water system survey on November 15, 2016. The operator has put up a hot line to prevent cows from moving too close to the well. ACTION NEEDED: The distance from the cow grazing area to the well is no longer a hazard. Significant Deficiency corrected.
