| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: Routine water sample collected 1/10/17 tested positive for total coliform and E.coli. I contacted Happy, the store manager, on 1/11/17 and instructed him to submit three repeat samples from distribution and one source water sample. Firm submitted samples for testing on 1/12/17. Firm was instructed to immediately stop serving well water to the public, including well water used in bulk soda and coffee, per ODA policy. Bagged ice sold by the firm is purchased from a vendor. Results of repeat water samples will determine further action. ACTION NEEDED: Submit results for 3 repeat samples and one triggered source sample. | ||
