Details: SUMMARY: Capacity Assessment completed DETAILS: Completed the capacity assessment for South Coast W.D. for a SRF project to change sources of water from siltcoos lake to woahink lake. The only condition I put on the loan was for the water sytsem to secure water rights from WRD for woahink lake. ACTION NEEDED: secure water rights with OWRD for using woahink lake.
