Details: SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 3/13/17 DETAILS: I contacted the operator about the total coliform positive sample. I left him a message letting him know about coliform positive. I reminded him to take three repeat samples in the distribution system ^ source sample at the well. I let him know that 3 temp routine samples will be needed in April. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow ups ^ respond as necessary.
