Details:	SUMMARY: L^C Follow-Up DETAILS: We sent an email that said:“Sheldon, Attached is a letter I sent you on 7/1/16. In it, we established a deadline for Cascade Locks to submit engineered plans for the lead ^ copper treatment system by 3/31/17. Actual construction does not need to be completed until 7/1/18. I presume that Cascade Locks needs an extension. Please let me know the current expected timeline. Thank you in advance. Regards…” ACTION NEEDED: In accordance with OAR: 333-061-0060, formal engineered plans detailing installation of the ‘Potash’ treatment system shall be submitted to, and approved by, the Oregon Health Authority, Drinking Water Services program prior to beginning construction/installation. In order to achieve the deadline for installation (7/1/18), formal plans must be submitted as soon as possible.
