Details: SUMMARY: Fluoride Sample Date 3/15/2017 DETAILS: Left voice message for Lisa Reed: Sample collected 3/15/2017 was 3.45 ppm fluoride. An alert was triggered because this result is over the alert level of 2.39 ppm, however it did not exceed the MCL of 4 ppm. Please continue to take quarterly samples for fluoride testing.Update 4/4/2017 @ 2:40pm - Left voice message for Lisa Reed regarding the need for a public notice because the fluoride level exceeded the secondary MCL level of 2.39. The specific language to use for the public notice, per OAR 333-061-0042 (7), will be provided. ACTION NEEDED: None.
