| Details: | SUMMARY: Violations and System Score DETAILS: Spoke by phone to Ms. April Prestwich on 4/20/17 regarding a violation postcard she had received apparently for failing to submit temporary routine samples in the month of February and directed her to make sure she stayed on track with sampling schedule.I called Ms. Prestwich on 4/26/17 regarding her system score (at 11 or greater) and advised to immediately collect a nitrate sample. She believed she (or the motel mgr) had done so in the last few months. I suggested she might find a copy of the report and submit or resubmit it to DWS. 4/27/17 Ms. Prestwich called stating a hard copy of a nitrate sample result had been found. I gave her the email address to submit the results and advised submitting asap. ACTION NEEDED: Submit NO3 report to DWSCollect quarterly TC sample in July and again October, etc. | ||
