| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TC-positive routine sample DETAILS: A routine sample was collected on 5/10/17 and was positive for total coliform. Went over the sampling procedure done and it sounded like the collection was rushed and the screen was also left on the faucet. Follow up sampling was reviewed. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3 repeat samles (one from the original location) and 2 others in the distribution. Then one source sample collected from the wellhead. No additional samples will be needed in June. Follow up may be required depending on the results. | ||
