Details: SUMMARY: Routine Sample Collected 4-6-17 Tested TC-positive DETAILS: Sample was collected on 4-6-17, Alert issued on 4-12-17. It is not clear at this time what has accounted for the delay between collection time and the Alert. At the time I received this Alert, Ken had already collected a triggered source and three repeat samples and the results of those samples are already known. ACTION NEEDED: Proceed to COLI16660.
