| Details: | SUMMARY: One Repeat Sample Collected on 4-20-17 Tested Positive for Total Coliform DETAILS: One repeat sample collected on 4-20-17 tested positive for Total Coliform. I spoke with Donna and informed her that a Level 1 coliform investigation will be arriving in the mail soon and that she needs to fill it out and send it back to me within 30 days. According to Donna Lewis, this sample was collected through a garden hose (note: the 4-18-17 sample, per Donna, was collected from an infrequently used tap that was not adequately flushed). ACTION NEEDED: Fill out the Level 1 coliform investigation form and return it to Jackson County within 30 days. Avoid sampling through a garden hose and flush sample taps adequately prior to sampling. | ||
