| Details: | SUMMARY: E.coli -positive Alert Follow Up DETAILS: Routine sample 5/9 from back sink in store E.Coli positive. Rich called me Thursday morning and apparently he had done some work on the booster pump and took routine afterward. Umpqua Lab will be taking repeat/triggered samples today. Sent Rich boil water template as well as contaminated water document for licensed facilities as there is a restaurant, deli and grocery store on this sytstem. Rich will post on all three facilities and we have contacted the restauarant and deli and alerted ODA for the grocery store. Once repeats have been taken, Rich will chlorinate the well and distribution regardless of the outcome of the samples. If repeats all absent, no violation. If any repeat postive, even for total, this will confirm e.coli and additional samples would be needed to ensure absent for bacteria. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for repeat results and chlorinate system. Post boil water notices at entrances of all 3 licensed facilities. | ||
