Jay MacPherson has provided the Boil Water Notice Template, and I spoke with Tim the operator on the phone and emailed him the link to the DWS shock chlorination guidance page. Data Online DWS page Water Advisory has been completed.Positive repeat samples E.Coli and Coliform in distribution, along with a positive triggered source sample. Water system supplies restroom facility on property only. This has been locked and Boil Water Notice template has been provided to operator to display on doors.
