Details: SUMMARY: Routine Sample Taken 6/14/2016 Positive for Total Coliform COLI 15618 DETAILS: Called and left a message for Joseph ONeil.6/22/2016 Talked to Joseph. Routine sample taken 6/14/2016 positive for total coliform. Need to take 3 repeat samples and 1 well head sample. If any are positive, he needs to do a level 1 investigation.Will work with Joseph regarding the new coliform sampling plan. ACTION NEEDED: No samples were positive for coliform bacteria.Staff: 2 full time-- 1 part time.25 dorm rooms not used much. A few times (2) a year dorm rooms are full.
