Details: SUMMARY: Water System Survey Follow Up DETAILS: System has developed an operation ^ maintenance manual. Farm adjacent to school no longer has animals grazing near the well head. This resolves the deficiencies/violations from the 10-22-14 survey. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time.
