| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine E.coli Positive Alert Follow Up DETAILS: Routine coliform sample taken 6/12 from #1 dedicated sample location E.coli Positive. Called DRC Dale and Edge Lab and discussed taking repeats and triggered asap. Russell with Edge will take repeats from all 4 designated sample stations and a triggered from School well (Reusse well not on) this afternoon. Sample results should be ready tomorrow mid-day. Any positive repeat/triggerd, even if total coliform will verify E.Coli and require boil water notice until corrected. Discussed PN if needed with Dale. Dale has an email list from a survey asking users best way to contact and Tumalo has a couple community message boards. Others would be notified by hand delivery. My office would also call any licensed facilities and contact ODA as well. E-mailed Dale boil water PN template. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results to dictate further action if necessary. If confirmed E.Coli, a boil water public notice will be required within 24 hours. | ||
