Details: | SUMMARY: SOURCE INVESTIGATION DETAILS: The Guptil Subdivision is a small community water system in Lincoln County, near Otis. There are 28 people served through 20 connections. The system is served by a single well. The Circuit Rider was contacted by Mr. Seidler because they had run out of water. He thought that the well had run dry. Mr. Seidler indicated that this had happened at about the same time in the Summer of 2015. A conversation with Amy Chapman, with Lincoln County, brought up the possibility that the pump may be tripping because there is not a storage tank. There is a possibility of connection with Panther Creek, which is approximately ½-mile from the Guptil system.Communicated with Lincoln County staff. Put together preliminary cost estimate for connection with the Panther Creek water system. ACTION NEEDED: Provide funding assistance if requested. |
