| Details: | SUMMARY: Confirmed TC DETAILS: Contacted John and he said the same site was positive again and the others were ND. He was going to take a special sample at the hosebib next to #4 to try and isolate the problem further. He said he will then hire a company to come out and shock the system. I told him he needed to do a Level 1 investigation and I emailed him the form. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
