Details: SUMMARY: All Deficiencies Noted on Water Survey Have Been Corrected DETAILS: Item noted on previous survey have been addressed. Screened vent and electrical lines are now sealed, coliform sampling plan, ERP approved, O^M started. ACTION NEEDED: Pb/Cu tests due in Aug. Spoke to operator about sampling protocol for Pb/Cu - not at spigots that have not been used for "10 years".
