| Details: | SUMMARY: LT2 Round 1 follow up DETAILS: Spoke with Karrin regarding the status of their installation of max 5.5log treatment on their water system. It turns out that the current UV system in place is not on the approved list for LT2 compliance and has not gone through a challenge study to be placed on the list. Karrin decided to begin the 1 year of source water sampline (E.coli) for every 2 weeks, beginning Oct. Karrin then two days later learned that the UV bulb on their US Water Systems UV system is the same as one on the approved UV list (Pro50/Sterilight 50) for LT2 complaince. Karrin is going to follow up with the manafacture and determine if this information is true and provide documentation of the LT2 compliant status. ACTION NEEDED: Water systen needs to provide documentation of LT2 compliant UV bulb that is installed on their system, OR be on a plan to begin 12 months of every 2 weeks source water E. coli samples. A site visit to the system is schedulef for Aug 2nd to address some of these concerns and provide assistance with SW monthly reporting and data collection. | ||
