Details: SUMMARY: DBP MCL exceedance. Still under BCA. DETAILS: The bilateral compliance agreement (BCA) to reduce HAA5s is still in effect. Sandy is still, however, evaluating treatment designs and scenarios. The final deadline is still acheivable.

Public Notices are required every quarter Sandy exceeds the DBP MCL. ACTION NEEDED: Public Notice for 1st and 2nd quarter.
