| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert DETAILS: On 7/18/17 discussed with Kevin the sample history for total coliform results leads to (1) a level 2 coliform investigation and (2) a minimum chlorine disinfection residual - the latter requiring plan review. I promised to email related documents for each (1) and (2) for his review. Because plan review for chlorine disinfection is mandated as per the letter from DWS and plan review is also necessary due to the new storage tank found installed at the time of the recent survey, I advised that he pursue both at the same time and immediately.On 7/24/17 the level 2 coliform investigation was completed on-premises of the water system where the well, chlorinator, storage tank, a faucet often used for flushing, the colorimeter were each inspected and many other SOPs discussed. See Level 2 investigation form to follow. ACTION NEEDED: Operator to initiate plan review. | ||
