Details: SUMMARY: LCR sample invalidation approved DETAILS: High sample result was from a bath tub not a sink as required. Tub is rairly used which is suspected to be the cause of the high value. Invalidation is requested due to incorrect location the sample was collected from ACTION NEEDED: invalidation approved and resample already has been collected.
