Details: SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for TC positive result from a routine sample collected on 9/11/17. Spoke with Janette. Reviewed follow-up sampling requirements of three repeat samples and one triggered/source sample. Janette said she would attempt to get those samples collected and into the lab today. ACTION NEEDED: Further action will be based on the results of the repeat and source samples.
