Details: SUMMARY: Positive Source Sample DETAILS: System took Arsenic, Nitrate and Coliform from well for new well plan review. These were not compliance specials. The coliform sample came back positive and Trevor called to discuss. They will batch chlorinate again to 50 ppm overnight and then flush into reservoir and cistern. Take another source sample in September along with 3 temp routines to ensure absent. ACTION NEEDED: Chlorinate, flush and take temp routines and special source sample in September.
