Details: SUMMARY: Consult on Violations, New System DRC DETAILS: I contacted property owner Marc Mezetta and he requested Wanda Thein be the new DRC and contact. In addition, I discussed with him and Ms. Thein the current and historical violations with this system. They have assured that sampling would be done as scheduled from here out. I am sending a change form attached to the email updating contact info. ACTION NEEDED: None.
